Our Mission
The mission of the Northwest Austin Athletics Alliance (NWAAA or NW Athletics) is to bring together the wide spectrum of organizations, families and other stakeholders in the Anderson High School community to improve the campus’ athletic infrastructure in order to give students and youth in the surrounding area more opportunities to play, practice, and perform.
Our Vision
By providing a collective voice on sports in the NW area from the youngest athletes to our high school teams, NW Athletics can ensure all our kids not only have a chance to compete, but have the necessary fields and equipment to be successful.
- Fund a new turf field at Anderson – FUNDING COMPLETED AND TURF INSTALLED 4/17
- Fund and install lighting for the new field - LIGHTING INSTALLED 12/17 AND FUNDING ONGOING
- Identify other necessary athletic facility renovation needs (soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, track, gym, etc.) that may need additional improvements in the coming months and years.
